Legislative Town Meeting and Rail Connection Open House
State Senator Ann H. Rest (DFL-New Hope), State Representative Lyndon Carlson (DFL-Crystal) and State Representative Mike Freiberg (DFL-Golden Valley) will host a joint town meeting on Saturday, March 7, to discuss issues being addressed this Legislative Session. The meeting will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Crystal Community Center, 4800 Douglas Drive North.

Immediately following the town meeting, legislators will join other local leaders from Crystal, Robbinsdale, and Golden Valley for a formal presentation regarding the proposed freight rail connection between the Canadian Pacific and BNSF rail lines in Crystal. This information session will be part of an open house on the project that will take place from 9 a.m. to noon.
