Eken accepts Ingebrigtsen’s apology

St. Paul, Minn.—Tuesday afternoon Sen. Bill Ingebrigtsen (R-Alexandria) issued an apology on the Inforum website for making a false statement about Sen. Kent Eken (DFL-Twin Valley).

“I accept Senator Ingebrigtsen’s apology and am looking forward to putting this issue behind us. It is time to put partisan tactics aside and focus on the important work at hand in the legislature. I look forward to working together with Senator Ingebrigtsen, in a bipartisan way, for the benefit of Greater Minnesota,” Eken said.
