Senator Kent Eken Advocates for Home and Community Based Disability Services in Minnesota
“Today I submitted a letter to Governor Mark Dayton regarding the seven percent funding reduction for Home and Community Based Disability Services in the State of Minnesota. I would like to thank my colleagues in the Senate DFL caucus for joining me on this letter and for lending their voices to this important issue. This letter asks the Governor to make stopping this seven percent cut a priority, ensuring all citizens have the quality care they deserve. As elected officials it is critical we stand behind our most vulnerable citizens and the dedicated care providers throughout the state.”
