District 36 Legislators announce town hall meeting

SAINT PAUL, MN – District 36 legislators Senator John Hoffman (DFL-Champlin) and Representative Mark Uglem (R-Champlin) will hold a town hall meeting Saturday, April 13th at 10AM. The event will take place at Champlin City Hall (11955 Champlin Drive).
Town hall meetings are an excellent opportunity for residents to hear about and discuss important state issues being addressed at the Capitol. The event is free and all are invited to attend and join the conversation.
“We have key decisions to make between now and session’s end,” said Sen. Hoffman. “I welcome the conversation Representative Uglem and I will have with folks next weekend. Hearing from constituents now is important to our future decisions.”
“I’m looking forward to hearing feedback and fielding questions from constituents about what’s going on at the State Capitol,” Rep. Uglem continued. “As we continue to work on the budget and debate hot-button issues, hearing from constituents will be extremely helpful for Senator Hoffman and I as we head into the final weeks of session.”
