Assistant Senate DFL Leader Jeff Hayden introduced the Taylor Hayden Gun Violence Prevention Act after his sister, Taylor, was killed by gun violence in 2016. The bill is scheduled for its first official Senate hearing Monday, Feb. 18 at 3 p.m.
