Senator Kent Eken (DFL-Twin Valley) is pictured meeting with students and their advisor from Globe University in Moorhead. The students, members of the paralegal studies program, were down for Minnesota Career College Association Hill Day, and spoke to Senator Eken about the importance of professional schools. Eken, an educator himself who sits on the Higher Education and Workforce Development Committee, spoke with the students about the entire bill process and how it relates to funding for higher education.
