Senator Dziedzic named to the Agriculture, Economic Development, and Housing Conference Committee

St. Paul, MN – State Senator Kari Dziedzic (DFL-Minneapolis) was named to be one of five Senators tasked with negotiating the final Agriculture, Economic Development, and Housing bill in Conference Committee. Although no date or time for the first meeting has been set, the conference committee will likely meet next week in Room 1100 of the Minnesota Senate Building.

“As the lead DFL member of the Ag, Economic Development and Housing conference committee, I am pleased to be named to help negotiate this important bill,” Sen. Dziedzic said. “While the Senate and House bills are far apart on their financial targets and policy, I remain hopeful that we can come together to help address the needs of farmers and the housing crisis impacting our state.”
