Senator Torres Ray to serve on the Ethical Conduct Subcommittee

ST. PAUL, Minn. – Senator Patricia Torres Ray, DFL-Minneapolis, was appointed to the Senate Ethical Conduct Subcommittee today. It is a subcommittee under the Senate’s Rules and Administration Committee and reviews ethical conduct in the Minnesota Senate when necessary. The committee consists of four members and acts in an investigative and advisory capacity.

“I am humbled and honored by this appointment,” Sen. Torres Ray said. “Now more than ever we need people to serve on this important subcommittee with fairness and honesty. I’m committed to holding my colleagues in the Senate to the highest level of ethical conduct to ensure every Minnesotan has complete confidence in the integrity of state government.”
