Bemidji region health care leaders to join Sen. Tony Lourey for round table discussion

Sen. Tony Lourey (DFL-Kerrick) will be joined by leading health care experts from the Bemidji area on Tuesday September 26 at 8 a.m. to discuss health care in the region, the short term and long term needs the area faces, and needed reforms.

Sen. Tony Lourey is the former chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee in the Minnesota Senate. He currently serves as Ranking Member of the Health and Human Services Policy and Finance Committee in the Minnesota Senate.

The Health Care Round Table tour will visit 10 cities in the coming weeks. Each event will feature Sen. Tony Lourey and regional health care leaders in an open discussion of their views and experiences of the health care in Minnesota.
