Sen. Pappas, Rep. Mariani announce March 9 Town Hall Meeting

ST. PAUL, Minn. – State Sen. Sandra Pappas and State Rep. Carlos Mariani (DFL – Saint Paul) invite constituents to attend a Town Hall Meeting on Saturday, March 9 to share their viewpoints regarding the legislative session. The meeting will take place at Villa del Sol (88 Cesar Chavez St) in the Community Space from 10:00 a.m. – noon.

Sen. Pappas and Rep. Mariani will provide a brief update on the session’s status and following that, will use the bulk of the time to take questions and listen to input from constituents. The event is nonpartisan, free to attend, and everyone in the community is invited.

Hayden, Hassan, Gomez Announce Town Hall Meeting

SAINT PAUL, Minn. — Assistant Senate DFL Leader Jeff Hayden, DFL-Minneapolis, Representative Hodan Hassan, DFL-Minneapolis, and Representative Aisha Gomez, DFL-Minneapolis, will hold a town hall meeting Tuesday, Feb. 19 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Sabathani Community Center. The town hall focus will be on this session’s legislative issues. Sen. Hayden will give updates on his African American Family Preservation Act and Gov. Walz’s budget proposal.

Senate District 40 Town Hall

St. Paul, Minn.— State Senator Chris Eaton (DFL-Brooklyn Center), Rep. Samantha Vang (DFL-Brooklyn Center) and Rep. Mike Nelson (DFL-Brooklyn Park) are holding a town hall meeting on Saturday, February 2. Town hall meetings are informal public forums that give members of the community an opportunity to meet with their legislators to discuss the 2019 legislative session and emerging issues.
