ST. PAUL, Minn. – On Wednesday, a key Senate committee passed Senator Judy Seeberger’s (DFL – Afton) bill to stop retaliation against law enforcement officers for holding other officers accountable if they use excessive force. After Committee approval, Sen. Seeberger released the following statement.
ST. PAUL, Minn. – On Monday, the Senate passed a bill to appropriate more than $300 million in federal funding for construction projects on Minnesota highways. Another bill passed by the Senate would fund additional resources for the state Attorney General’s Office to assist county attorneys in prosecuting violent crime.
