State Senator Greg Clausen (DFL-Apple Valley) will host two town hall meetings for area constituents. The first will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon at the Robert Trail Library in Rosemount. The second Town Hall meeting will be held Monday, April 14 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the Galaxie Library in Apple Valley.
Town hall meetings are an opportunity for constituents to ask questions about the ongoing legislative session and voice their concerns. “I enjoy Town Hall meetings because they’re a great opportunity to connect directly with area residents,” said Sen. Clausen. “It’s important to open up a dialogue so the people’s voices are heard. The most effective way I can represent my constituents is to hear them out and relay their interests and ideas to the rest of the Senate.”
