  • SF 1187: Mental health services by clinical trainees health insurance plans coverage and claim denials by licensed mental health professionals.
  • SF 453: Medical assistance (MA) coverage for certain mental health services provided by physician assistants in outpatient settings.

According to Dr. Realmuto, The Minnesota Psychiatric Society is extremely thankful for Sen. Clausen’s outstanding bipartisan leadership. He was a voice of reason during difficult negotiations and worked hard to garner support for common-sense mental health legislation.
