St. Paul, Minn.—State Senator Sandy Pappas (DFL-St. Paul) is participating in the Woman’s March Minnesota on January 21, 2017. The march, which is expected to draw thousands from across the state, starts at 11 am at St. Paul College, Lot E. The noon rally will be held on the south stairs of the MN State Capitol in St. Paul. Sen. Sandy Pappas will be a guest speaker at the rally.
The Woman’s march will send a bold message to America’s new government on their first day in office that woman’s rights are human rights – and women around the country stand united to be heard. “I am proud to have been asked to speak at this important event,” Sen. Pappas said. “I see this march as the first step towards bringing women together around the country for equality and justice.”
