Senator Heather Gustafson Secures Vadnais Boulevard Trail Project in Infrastructure Bill

ST. PAUL, Minn. — On Sunday, the Minnesota Legislature passed a package of infrastructure appropriations totaling over $1.2 billion in bonds and $45 million in general fund spending. Senate Heather Gustafson (DFL – Vadnais Heights) helped to secure the inclusion of $4.75 million for Ramsey County to improve the safety and connectivity of the Vadnais Boulevard Trail around Vadnais Lake.

“I am so proud that our project was selected to be included in this year’s bonding bill,” said Senator Gustafson. “Minnesotans love and deserve to enjoy the outdoors, and these improvements will help our neighbors do just that. I’m excited to see the progress in the coming years.”
