Statement From Senate Majority Leader Erin Murphy

SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Senate Majority Leader Erin Murphy (DFL- St. Paul) released the following statement:

“There was discussion on the Senate floor today about Senator Nicole Mitchell’s status in the DFL Caucus.  While her case is under review both in the Senate and in the courts, we have taken action to relieve her of her committee assignments and remove her from Caucus meetings.”
