PAUL, Minn. — On Tuesday, Governor Tim Walz, Senate Majority Leader Kari Dziedzic, and House Speaker Melissa Hortman announced an agreement on key budget decisions, including historic investments in children and families. The target budget includes $2.2 billion for K-12 education as well as an additional $300 million for early education.
