SAINT PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Senate passed the Commerce and Consumer Protection Omnibus Budget Friday in a bipartisan vote of 35-32. The bill includes Senator Kelly Morrison’s legislation to establish a Prescription Drug Affordability Board. “This legislation is a critical first step in lowering the cost of prescription drugs for Minnesotans,” said Sen.
