Senators Nick Frentz (DFL-North Mankato), Mary Kunesh (DFL-New Brighton), and Foung Hawj (DFL-Saint Paul) were elected tonight by the Senate DFL to serve as their assistant leaders alongside their newly elected Leader, Senator Melisa López Franzen (DFL-Edina).
