ST. PAUL, Minn. – On Thursday, as the 50th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision approaches, Senator Erin Maye Quade (DFL-Apple Valley), chief author of the Reproductive Freedom Codification Act (SF 70), met with U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra to provide updates on the current landscape of reproductive health access in Minnesota and how the Minnesota Legislature is leading on advancing reproductive freedom across the region.
