This afternoon, Senator Terri Bonoff, Chair of the Minnesota Senate Higher Education and Workforce Development Committee, laid out the details of a pilot program to bridge the gap between worker skills and the employment needs of businesses, particularly with regard to the growing demands of precision manufacturing, health care, and information technology industries.
