State Senator Jim Carlson (DFL-Eagan) will be hosting an in-depth presentation on the new multi-purpose stadium being built for the Minnesota Vikings. He will be joined by Michele Kelm-Helgen, Chair of the MN Sports Facilities Authority. The presentation will give updates on the stadium’s building schedule and will be followed by a Q&A. Invited guests include Representative Sandy Masin (DFL-Eagan) and Representative Laurie Halverson (DFL-Eagan).
“Although the football season has just ended, the construction of the new Minnesota Vikings Stadium has only recently begun. As one of the largest public works projects in Minnesota’s history, every state resident has a right to know how the construction is coming along and to know what to expect,” said Sen. Carlson. “This meeting gives people an opportunity to learn more and have their concerns addressed.”
The meeting will be held at Blackhawk Middle School (1540 Deerwood Drive, Eagan MN 55122) on Saturday Feb. 15 at 10:00 A.M. For more information, contact Sen. Carlson’s Legislative Assistant Mary Salisbury at 651-297-8073 or by email at email@example.com.
